What do you stock?
Meeting and conference tables in walnut, white and marble-effect finishes, round and extendable formats, folding banquet and event tables, stackable and folding guest chairs, an acrylic podium lectern, a mobile standing desk, and recessed table power hubs with USB-C and HDMI. Flat-packed for self-assembly and shipped across India. We are online-only — there is no showroom to visit.
How many people will a table seat?
Allow 60–70 cm of edge per person. A 180 cm rectangular top seats six comfortably, eight at a squeeze; a 90 cm round seats four. Extendable tops give you the smaller footprint most days and the extra leaf when you need it. Every listing states the top dimensions — measure the room first, allowing at least 90 cm behind each chair for someone to stand up.
Can I run power and data through the top?
Only where the listing says so. Our recessed power hubs are designed to drop into a cut-out and need one: if your table did not ship pre-cut, you will need a router or a carpenter, and cutting the top yourself ends the return window. Ask us before you buy which of our tables come pre-cut.
How hard is assembly, and do you send someone?
We do not offer an installation service. Most tables are two people and 30–60 minutes with the supplied Allen key. Bolt the legs finger-tight first, square the frame, then tighten fully — doing it in the other order is how threads get stripped. Assemble on the flattened carton, never on bare floor.
Is the delivery kerbside?
Yes. The transport partner calls to agree a slot and delivers to your door, not up a stairwell and not into the room. Check the carton dimensions on the listing against your lift and doorway before ordering — a 190 cm flat carton will not turn on a tight landing.
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹4,999 and above. Below that a flat ₹199 is added at checkout — one fee for the whole order. Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day start packing the same day; we hand parcels to Delhivery / XpressBees within 1–3 business days, transit is usually 5–12 business days, so most orders land within 6–15 business days of confirmation.
How can I pay?
Two ways: UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery. Nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or third-party wallets, so no such option appears at checkout. COD is available on most serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Yes — you have 7 days from delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with the invoice. Anything assembled or with a cut-out routed into it cannot come back. Approved refunds are processed within 12 business days.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel and send it within 48 hours of delivery. That clip covers damaged, defective, wrong or missing items and we arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away, with no return shipping cost to you. This is a damaged-or-defective-on-arrival guarantee from us as the seller — it is not a six-month product warranty, and we make no manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link arrives by email and SMS as soon as the parcel ships. If it has not moved in 48 hours, send us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.
