A conference table is a long, heavy, awkward carton and it travels on a freight network, not a parcel one. Every Velvora Archive order leaves Hyderabad, Telangana flat-packed with the top face-protected, the legs boxed separately and every fixing bagged and counted. This page sets out what dispatch costs, how long transit takes and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

Charges

  • Free on orders of ₹4,999 and above.
  • Flat ₹199 below that — one charge for the whole order, not per table.
  • No packaging fee, no handling fee, no fuel surcharge.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are picked the same day. We hand over to the courier within 1–3 business days, shipping Monday to Saturday. Large tops are edge-protected and re-taped by hand before they go anywhere, which is what uses the full window on a big order.

Transit time

After dispatch, transit runs 5–12 business days — around 5–8 business days to metro addresses and 8–12 business days across the rest of India. Counting handling, most orders arrive within 6–15 business days of confirmation. We ship with Delhivery / XpressBees; remote and hill PIN codes add a day or two.

India only

Within India only. An order placed to an address outside India is cancelled and refunded in full. PIN codes outside the courier network are flagged at checkout, before you pay.

Payment at delivery

UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery settled with the courier. COD is free wherever it is serviceable; a few remote PIN codes are prepaid-only and checkout says so.

Following the parcel

A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment we hand over. If nothing has moved for more than 48 hours, tell us — chasing the courier is our job, not yours.

Damage in transit

Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel. With that clip we replace or refund damaged, wrong or missing items straight away, at no return cost to you. Full detail is on the Refund & Returns page.
