These Terms govern your use of this website and every order placed on it with Velvora Archive, a sole proprietorship operating online from Hyderabad, Telangana. We have no physical shop. Placing an order means you accept what follows.
1. Who you are dealing with
Velvora Archive sells Office Tables to customers in India only. Our registered correspondence address is 5-5-280, Ek Minar Masjid Rd, opp. blue, Sri Balaji Enclave, Ghosha Mahal, Nampally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500012, India and the only support channel is [email protected]. Where these Terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that business; “you” means the person placing the order.
2. Using the site
You may browse, order and share our pages for personal or ordinary business use. You may not scrape the catalogue, resell our product photography, place orders under a false identity, or use the site in a way that interferes with other customers. If you create an account you are responsible for what happens under it.
You confirm that the information you give us at checkout — name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email — is true and current. Almost every failed delivery we see traces back to a mistyped address.
3. Prices, currency and tax
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. As a small individual seller we operate below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice. Delivery is free at ₹4,999 and above; below that a flat ₹199 is added and always displayed before you pay.
4. How you can pay
Payment is by UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery, and by nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any third-party wallet, and we neither collect nor store card details of any kind.
5. Orders and our right to decline
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we confirm dispatch by email. Until that point we may decline or cancel an order — short stock, a price displayed in error, payment that cannot be verified, a PIN code outside our courier network, or a delivery address outside India. Anything paid is refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Safe use of the goods
Tables and chairs are supplied flat-packed for self-assembly by a competent adult. Follow the enclosed instructions, use only the supplied fixings, and observe the stated load limits — a conference top is not a step. Do not sit or stand on folding tables. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from incorrect assembly, overloading, or modification of a top.
7. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Dispatch, transit times and charges are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Cancellation before dispatch is free and is covered by the Cancellation Policy. Returns run for 7 days from delivery under the Refund & Returns Policy, with refunds processed within 12 business days. Those three pages form part of these Terms.
8. Product descriptions
We state top dimensions, height, material and seating guidance as accurately as we can and photograph the units we ship. Veneer and laminate tone varies between production batches and photographs differently under studio light. Where a listing carries an error we correct it, and you may cancel any affected order for a full refund.
9. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photography and logo on this site belong to Velvora Archive and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Where a listing mentions a size, material or industry-standard format, that is a description of the product and not a claim of association with any other company.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and the goods are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Velvora Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data or business interruption — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Privacy and data
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, which follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the business changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are reflected on this page rather than sent by email.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. No foreign law applies to your order.
